Human Resources Consultant and Trainer – Renate Willi has over 20 years of Human Resources experience mostly within multi-national companies in the FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries. During her career, she held several positions as HR Generalist, HR Director, HR Consultant and Project Manager.
Some of her passions are Organizational Development and Design, Management & Leadership Development and any organizational changes which call for a structured approach to Change Management.
She studied Business Administration and is specialized in advanced interviewing techniques, trained assessor for Assessment and Development Centers, expert in Hay Job evaluation methodology, wide-ranging experience in Swiss and European Compensation & Benefits approaches, Change management, Coaching, re-organizations and Mergers and Acquisitions.
She is a certified MBTI® and Situational Leadership® practitioner and has experience with various competency models, including Lominger®. She also possesses certification in Lominger Voices®, Learning from Experience™ (LFE) and the Choices Architect®.
Since 2007 she is working as an associate Consultant Trainer with DOOR . She is fluent in German, French, English and has good knowledge in Italian.
