Summary
Johanna specialises in helping leaders develop. Her business experience, combined with more than 5 years as a Senior Consultant at PDI, have given her a solid understanding of how leaders develop and the kind of challenges they face. She established her own business in 2007.
At PDI, Johanna delivered assessment and development services for Mid-level and Executive Managers, both in Geneva and across the European Region. She was the Leadership Development and Coaching Lead for the Geneva office. She has delivered simulation-based and other leadership development programs, and managed global programs. She also coaches managers and executives in international companies from different industries, such as high-tech, pharmaceutical, FMCG or service industries.
Prior to joining PDI, she spent seven years working for the European Institute of Purchasing Management (EIPM) in France. There Johanna held a number of different positions, from marketing and sales to program/conference design, project management and training delivery. She worked closely with large multinational organizations.
Prior to her work with the EIPM, Johanna acquired business development experience in a French industrial company, Cellier, as Area Manager for Northern Europe.
Johanna is Myers Briggs step 1 & 2 certified, and she delivers MBTI workshops for teams and individuals. She is currently attending a 3-year coaching specialisation, focused on the Voice dialogue. Her own international background, both personal and professional, allows her to leverage these skills cross-culturally for global clients. Her client-focused attitude, authenticity and sincere interest in other people help her to create trustful and lasting relationships with her clients.
Since 2007 she is working as an associate Senior Consultant & Trainer with DOOR. She is fluent in French, English and Finnish.
