Summary
After holding marketing positions at the beginning of her career, leading a Training Agency, having several Human Resources positions, and ultimately leading an Outplacement Agency, Dominique Ara Zwahlen is now focused on what she is most good at, namely counselling, teaching, coaching and training managers from diverse horizons. Since 1991, she has trained more than 2'700 people and coached 230 persons.
Dominique Ara Zwahlen holds a Degree in Economic and Social Sciences (Fribourg, 1986). She then widened her HR related knowledge through a Post Graduate Degree in “Management of Human Resources” (Geneva, 1996). Building on her passion for the individual and his/her ways of communicating, she elected to study Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and obtained the certification of Master Practitioner (Brussels, 1998).
She works in French and English and speaks fluent Japanese.
