Summary
Christian Winter is a consultant, coach and trainer with a strong focus on organizational development and leadership. He develops tailor-made management tools and assumes project leadership in change situations. He coaches senior managers particularly in phases of organizing their succession. He also supports young ventures in start-up phases.
He has a certification in Marketing Management (INSEAD, Paris).
After he studied Business Administration in Basel, Christian Winter started his career as a Management Trainer within the pharmaceutical industry. He then moved on to the position of a barter trader, took over responsibility for a sales area within pharmaceutical marketing and finally headed the East-African Organisation as a local resident.
Back in Switzerland, he assumed the position of Executive Manager Marketing & Sales of a large Dental Implant producer. In 2000, Christian Winter started to work on Projects such as licensing in and developing a fastening technique for the wood processing industry or managing the spin-off of a former dental division into a self-standing dental company, including preparing the international presence of the new company through the foundation of a world-wide network of affiliates and distributing partners. He was chairman of the board of a venture capitalized start-up company in the dental field which was on schedule to being successfully sold to a major player in the industry.
In 2006, he started his own consulting, coaching and training company “Christian Winter GmbH” in Basel and acquired the license to use the recruitment process of “Ihr externes Personalbüro®”. He is a Pool Member of Skillpool AG, an organization specialized in temporary management interventions.
