With an expertise of almost 20 years as a consultant and trainer, Bernard Mosnier has worked with multinationals and with SMB to develop and enhance performance. This has included the evaluation and coaching of senior managers, account managers, sales teams and individual sellers. He has also delivered extensive sales training programs in the IT, pharmaceutical, car, retail and industrial sectors.
Bernard Mosnier is also specialized in performing organizational and management audits. He has participated in the development of business strategies and processes with CEOs, executives and managers and provided coaching at senior levels. He has developed and delivered training programs in all related fields. He was Project Manager for FranceTelecom in the re-organization and re-structuring of personnel at TelMex (Technical and Development staff, 12,000 employees).
He is certified in the use of tools such as Kohler's Management Evaluation and Peters' Performance Evaluation as well as in NLP, Transcational Analysis, 360 feedback tools…
Bernard Mosnier is a graduate of the prestigious Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG, Paris, France) and has a post-graduate diploma in the admistration large public institutions.
Bernard Mosnier established himsef as an independant consultant and trainer in 1987. He has worked in partnership with a variety of large Consulting and Training firms (Door Training International, Prosell, la CEGOS, KPMG, Chetochine Inc,…) as well as directly with both large and small customers. He has also worked with HEC-Paris, Paris II, Académie de Versailles and been invited to deliver classes in business and management schools across Europe.
Prior to consulting and training, Bernard Mosnier worked for the Opera de Paris as an International Tour Manager and HR Manager where he was responsible for all personnel, operational and logistical areas for up to 700 people working worldwide.
His expertise in supporting businesses to enhance their performance through coaching, management consulting and training are his main strengths.
