Summary

Arturo Nicora is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer with the INLPTA association as well as a Trainer for the "Lab Profile" Language and Behaviour programme and Crucial Conversation. He is licensed for several competencies development programmes such as Lominger, SHL and assessment tools.

Arturo Nicora spent most of his career in the Insurance Market. He started in the international and industrial field in 1990 working for the car maker Fiat for whom he was responsible for all industrial risks and insurances in Europe.

After several years, he was appointed as General Manager for an insurance company in the UK. Responsible for the management of 100 people in 9 countries, his role was to deal with the vision, the strategy and the development of the Continental European markets as well as setting up joint ventures.

He then went on to become the Chairman of a Swiss Insurance Health group employing more than 600 people. He was involved in all strategic decisions concerning the Health Insurance market in Switzerland - being one the Board of Directors of "Santé Suisse" (Swiss Health Insurance Association).

In 2002, he successfully started his own consulting, coaching and training company “Human 2 Organization SA”. From 2007, H2O SA acquired the DOOR Training and Consulting Master Franchise for Switzerland.

In 2006, Arturo Nicora and his partner in H2O SA developed a global concept for human resources including software, supporting HR Managers in their daily activities. He also runs different projects, companies and training programmes dedicated to managers.

His expertise in management at senior level, his competencies in vision, strategy and motivating people combined with his coaching techniques are his main strengths.
