Professional Coach and a Senior Trainer Anne Moity has extensive experience in Human Resources, Career Transition, Training & Executive Recruitment. She is a certified Master Coach (Master Coach certified PNLcoach®), a certified NLP Practitioner from the NLP Trainers Association, MBTI® licensed (Steps I & II) and a certified consultant in VOICES® by Lominger.
Anne's interactive business coaching sessions help executives and managers to expand their performance by building on new strengths and learn new skills, so they can become what they can and should be. She offers tailored services to meet corporations' and individuals' needs. Her coaching style is collaborative yet very much focused on the objective. She facilitates the connection between professional objectives and those of organizations and therefore makes it easier to fill the gap between words and actions.
With more than 10 years working in a leading multinational corporation and 14 years working and living overseas (UK, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand), she is at ease in multi-cultural business environments and at all organizational levels.
Anne started her career overseas as Manager for a Health & Fitness Group. Active in this industry for 14 years, she gained considerable experience in business, people management & working cross-culturally. Upon her return to Switzerland she joined the HR department of a large multinational corporation, prior to becoming the HR Manager for Switzerland. Anne also worked 2 years as Senior Consultant in an Executive Search Firm.
Since 2007 she is working as an associate Senior Consultant & Trainer with DOOR. She is fluent in French and in English.
