Summary
For the past 10 years Anne-Marie Turcotte has worked with cross-cultural groups in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, for multinational corporations and for the public sector. She has gained extensive experience in the delivery of sales and employee development training programs, as well as in the areas of Soft Skills and Career and Talent Development.
Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Anne-Marie Turcotte has specialized in working with people at all levels, and in cross-cultural environments. Projects include working with IBM to roll-out some of the most extensive blended learning sales training programs on the market, and with the Head of HR at Microsoft France to develop and deliver a workshop to over 150 leaders and managers on Talent Development. She has also worked with the CEO of Drager Safety to enhance the performance of sales teams and transition to solution selling.
Established as an independent consultant and trainer since 2000, Anne-Marie Turcotte has worked in partnership with both internationally based consulting and training partners and directly with customers. She trained as a coach in 2006 and has been certified to deliver a large range of sales and employee development programs. She is a graduate of the Ecole National d'Administration (ENA) in France and has degrees in communications and a Masters in the business aspects of the entertainment industry.
Anne-Marie Turcotte also delivers train the trainer workshops in the areas of sales training, coaching and career development.
Prior to becoming a consultant and trainer, Anne-Marie Turcotte was Chief of Staff to Executive level Canadian and French public servants. She gained international experience in project management in France and in Mexico, and negotiated bilateral and multilateral agreements with North American and European countries. She has also managed intercultural teams and acted as Canadian representative to various international organizations.
Strategic thinking combined with project management, negotiation and business experience, and strong coaching and facilitation skills applied to cross cultural environments are some of Anne-Marie Turcotte's strengths.
